Agent Paige ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Peak Collective LLC dba Agent Paige, a company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit www.agentpaige.com and use our AI website builder, dashboard, billing, and domain services.

We collect information you provide and metadata generated during use of the service:

• Account information: Managed by Clerk, our authentication provider. This may include your email address, name, profile image, and authentication tokens from sign-in providers you choose.
• Billing information: Managed by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers. We store customer identifiers, subscription status, and transaction confirmations.
• Website content: Site configuration JSON, build logs, deployment history, custom domains, and generated preview or production site files.
• Chat messages: Conversations with Paige, including prompts, assistant responses, staging links, and deployment actions.
• Technical metadata: IP addresses (for rate-limiting and analytics hashing), browser user-agent strings, referrer URLs, and request timestamps.

We use collected data to operate and improve the service:

• Authenticate your account and enforce per-user access controls.
• Generate, preview, and publish websites you request through chat.
• Process subscriptions, domain purchases, and billing events.
• Apply content moderation and abuse prevention safeguards.
• Monitor system health, diagnose errors, and respond to support requests.
• Provide privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics for published customer sites.

When you chat with Paige, your messages are sent to our AI providers to generate site configuration updates and assistant responses. Site builds are compiled on our servers and stored in isolated workspaces and object storage.

We process your content solely to deliver the website-building service you request. We do not sell your chat history or site content, and we do not use your data to train public AI models.

Retention depends on the type of data and your account status:

• Active accounts: Site content, chat history, and deployment records are retained while your account and sites remain active.
• Deleted sites: When you delete a site, we remove associated database records and storage artifacts tied to that site.
• Billing records: Stripe maintains payment records according to its own retention and compliance requirements.

We share limited data with service providers that help us operate Agent Paige:

• Clerk — authentication and session management
• Stripe — subscriptions and domain checkout payments
• Cloudflare — DNS, R2 object storage, and domain registration (when enabled)
• Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics on our marketing site
• AI providers — to process chat requests and optional content moderation

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and our data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies and session tokens required for authentication through Clerk. Our marketing pages use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites.

Published customer sites may record privacy-friendly visit analytics using hashed visitor identifiers. We do not store raw IP addresses in analytics tables.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including:

• HTTPS encryption for data in transit.
• Authentication required on user-scoped API routes.
• Signed preview URLs for staging access.
• Content moderation and rate limiting on AI outputs and API usage.
• Security headers including HSTS and Content-Security-Policy on the SaaS application.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate account information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated site data.
