Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Peak Collective LLC dba Agent Paige("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

By visiting www.agentpaige.com, creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using our AI builder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Agent Paige provides an AI-assisted website builder. Through chat, you can create and edit site content, preview staging builds, approve deployments to production, connect custom domains, and manage subscriptions.

We may modify features, pricing, templates, or infrastructure at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruptive changes to active paid subscriptions.

Accounts are managed through Clerk. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly cycle unless stated otherwise.

• Cancellations: You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Plan limits: Each plan includes site count and feature limits described on our pricing page. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for billing disputes.

• Your content: You retain ownership of site copy, images, configuration, and other materials you provide or generate for your websites.
• License to operate: You grant us a limited license to host, compile, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.
• Our platform: Agent Paige software, templates, branding, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.

You agree not to use Agent Paige to:

• Publish illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or moderation controls.
• Probe or attack our APIs, infrastructure, or other users' sites.
• Scrape, spam, or automate requests beyond your plan's intended usage.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

Enforcement: We may remove content, block deployments, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations without refund.

Custom domains may be connected via DNS instructions or purchased through our Stripe checkout flow. Domain registration, when offered, is fulfilled through our registrar partners.

You are responsible for accurate DNS configuration and compliance with domain registrar policies. We are not liable for DNS propagation delays or third-party registrar failures.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, unique, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing sites before publishing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Missouri.
